We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You submit the return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Note:
Hygiene items, skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, innerwear, and clearance sale items cannot be returned, unless a wrong or defective item was delivered.

2. Return Process (Pakistan)

To submit a return request:

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp or email with your order number and pictures/videos of the issue.

  2. Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. After approval, we will arrange a pickup through TCS/Leopards courier.

  4. Once we receive the returned product, the process takes 1–3 working days.

3. Refund Options

After your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

✔ Replacement

We will replace the item with the same product (if available).

✔ Store Credit

You will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.

✔ Refund (If applicable)

  • Refunds apply only when the mistake is on the store’s side (wrong or damaged item).

  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 2–5 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Skincare, cosmetics, personal care items, perfumes.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are handed over to the courier.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Delivery Issues

We assist with courier-related issues, but delays caused by courier companies are not the store’s responsibility.
